Services
We create elearning, microlearning, animations and can take a face-to-face course and convert it to digital.
We have worked with multiple commercial and public organisations to improve their learning.
Design Approach
Our aim is to provide a rewarding, engaging and productive experience. We are also advocates of gameplay to improve learner motivation and we can incorporate elements of Gamification into any design. We have a host of rapid elearning development tools at our disposal to build your elearning course.
Our learning goals are:
- Great Design
- Engaging
- Value for money
Know your Audience
01
Often forgotten and often at the expense of the quality of the solution later down the line.
We use tried and tested analysis methodology to help you identify your target audience – what do they want to learn to improve their productivity and job satisfaction, what is their motivation?
Needs Assessment
02
A needs assessment may not be as laborious as you think and without it, the solution will almost definitely veer off track, and deliver something your learners may not be altogether happy with. This will immediatley impact their motivation.
Instruction Design and Pedogogy
03
Often not budgeted for but without it, the development process will meander backwards and forwards, and could potentially cost more money.
We specialise in instructional design, it shapes a vision on paper and shows you how a design will work, before development begins.
Interactions and Engagement
04
Everyone’s favourites, even the designers, but interactions also have to be carefully considered, and should be fully explained in the instructional design document – what is this interaction for, what does it teach, how long will it take to create, what will it cost?
Build it and Deploy it
05
Assuming you’re going to go digital rather than face-to-face, there are many options available to build a course or digital resource but surprisingly there are still so many bad courses out there.
We use Storyline Rise and Storyline 360, both best of breed in the digital world. Using these tools we can make courses fun, engaging and effective.
Evaluate it - did it achieve its goal?
06
Evaluation helps to improve what you’ve spent hours designing and creating and can ensure you haven’t wasted your time and resources.
It’s not as difficult or as costly as many people think. You can build it into your course designs simply and effectively.
